Monday Progress Update - 05-12-14

Time for another progress update for those of us who still aren't married yet. This is my wedding week so my to do list is completely done! I'm so excited.

 - Finished escort cards
 - Picked up BM's dresses and had them steamed
 - Finalized timelines
 - Confirmed with vendors and paid the remaining balances

    Not much left to do now! I finalized the seating chart. Met with the officiant. Wrapped bridesmaid gifts. My FMIL is almost done making the escort cards.

    I am done with everything. It feels weird. Well we have to pick up the tux and set up venue fri. Have our rehearsal. Those dont count as to dos in my book though. Ready for Saturday! Its definitely a strange feeling knowing its my wedding week.

    @dluberts - I was thinking that yesterday. I told FI it was our last Sunday together not as husband and wife. Then today I'm like OMG it's my wedding week!! LOL It still feels really weird, like it came way too fast or something.

    Happy Wedding Week!!!!

    Completed:
    -Hotel bags
    -Bridal Party gifts purchased
    -Bridal party gifts are wrapped
    -Ironed the ribbon winds (yes I've lost my mind)
    -Paid off the limo contract
    -Moms's final dress fitting
    -Meeting with church music director
    -Final DJ meeting
    -Final Florist meeting
    -Hair appt
    -Final dress fitting for me
    -Rehearsal dinner

    To come this week:
    -Mom is picking up here dress tonight
    -Tomorrow we will see our completed venue and drop off wedding day stuff and final payment
    -Wednesday my MOH and I are going for a spray tan
    -Thursday I guess I'll pack up for the hotel and go w/FI to pick up his tux
    -Friday I'm off from work...dropping off the stuff at our church, picking up my dress, checking into the hotel, going for mani/pedi's with some of my bridesmaids, and relaxing with my MOH.
    -Saturday...becoming a MRS!!!!!!

    I cant believe my wedding is this Saturday! I don't think it's hit me yet.

    I made escort cards with my bridesmaids and packed for the honeymoon :)

    I forgot about that!  Everything's ready to go.  Just has to be put in the suitcase.

    Holy crap....I need my coffee....Okay much better.

    I fixed my bridal shoes, and now they look fabulous. 
    I was putting my wedding favors together, but the yarn I'm using to tie the note cards onto it is crap.  So FI and I are going to go get new stuff later today.
    Met with my photographers last week, and the meeting went really well.
    Meeting with the venue on Thurs and my FMIL will be going with me, and possibly FI as well.
    Also meeting with the DJ Thurs evening.

    My mom arrives on Sat and then we will be spending the week getting ready for the wedding!

    I haven't really been on here much... but I have been keeping busy! Wedding isn't until the 31st... but all I have left is:

    -Finish printing our programs, and then assemble them
    -DO THE DUMB NAME CARDS/FAVOR BOXES (seriously, huge headache)
    -Send final shot list to photographer
    -Send song specifications/requests to DJ
    -Last dress fitting is Monday the 19th
    -Make final payments

    ... Okay this list seems much longer than I though it was. *Sigh*
