How Do You Delete A Post?

I am new to posting on message boards and forums and not sure if this is the right place to direct this question but, how do you delete a post? I kept getting an error message trying to post on the Moms/Maids board and it posted six times total I think. (No clue why, did NOT hit submit that many times) I would delete the extras but I don't know how, can someone tell me how to please?

    Unfortunately there's no way to delete a post. Just designate one post to be the one people answer by changing the other post titles. There are lots of glitches since the update.

    There's also a post on etiquette about how to avoid double/triple posting. It doesn't always work but it could help some.
