Good Morning Ladies!

BF and I were shopping for the house the other day and I came across this little beauty on the clearance rack for $15

I don't know why but I am IN LOVE with this little sign.

So what have you scored on lately? What was the last thing you bought that you were excited about and possibly a little obsessed over?

That's cute! That would be really adorable in a beach home too.

H and I haven't bought anything lately that we have been obsessed with since we have been slammed with payments for the house and such. We have received some very nice gifts from H's mom and stepdad, my parents, and @LaPeanut1018 though. H's mom is buying us a lawn mower. I'm terrible at mowing the lawn so that will be H's job.

My parents bought us a new duvet from Pottery Barn! It won't be here until June but it's gorgeous and I'm obsessed with it!

@LaPeanut1018 bought us our first set of grilling utensils to include Kabobs and a really cute kitchen towel! I'm so excited to use those once we buy a grill ourselves.

I recently got this with all aquamarine stones, like my ring. FI and I have a bit of a key motif, so it works out really well. I'm so ready for it to ship out!

We got a really new awesome garbage can for the kitchen at my shower on Saturday we set it up earlier in the week, FI & I love it. We are a little overexcited on a garbage fully admit

@southernpeach89 I once ran our riding mower into a bush. I'm awesome at mowing lawns haha

I haven't been buying much with the house buying thing but hopefully we will get a decent deal on a house?

@SouthernPeach89 We live on the south shore of MA so there is beach close by. This is my justification for this sign and also our beach themed bathroom, LOL. That sounds like really nice gifts from family and friends! Our bed came yesterday and I set it all up with the new sheets and comforter and it felt great.

@Blackbird230 that is so pretty! Also love that it goes with your ring! Hopefully it comes soon!

@Peaseblossom55 I would be overexcited on one too! I can't tell you how happy BF was over the toilet brush he bought the other day. It's so funny how such little things can mean so much when your moving/homeowners!

You know you're a homeowner when you got excited about buying more mulch for your front yard. Yup, that's me.

We haven't bought anything house-related in a while, but FI and I are kicking around to just bite the bullet and buy all the paint that we need for the inside of the house and bang out that project this summer. We have the master bedroom, hallway, kitchen and office/bedroom to paint.

@buddysmom80 I'm with you there! Whenever I buy mulch or lumber or paint...I'm all yay! House stuff!

We need to paint too. I'm getting a reiumbursement from TMobile for switching phone companies so I think I'm going to take that money and buy paint for our hallway and living room since those are two rooms I can paint without having to tear down wallpaper.

I'm trying to save money by not shopping lately, but I did get AT&T to extend the promotional rate on my internet service. My rate was supposed to double this month (yikes!) but I called customer service and they were super nice and agreed to renew my discount. So I'm a happy laura.

My most favorite recent "purchase" (though not at all a bargain so far!!!) is Kelani, on the left:

Next would be "my precious" - even though I didn't buy it, it's staying at my house tempting the heck out of me to stare at all day!

Then this awesome pillow I found that I was originally intending as a wedding gift for my friend, but I decided it wasn't worth mailing, so now I have 2!

Also a new entryway light that my SO installed last week - I love peacock theme!

And these are small and silly, but totally life-changers!! My house is so much quieter and the girls have to work SO MUCH HARDER to wake me up!!

I found the king pillow case set at Salvation Army for $2, so I guess those were more of a bargain than anything I posted!! HA!!

I got a TV . . . I originally was after one on Clearance, the store told me they had it and when they couldn't find it they gave me a substitution at the clearance price.

I have no idea what either of them are! I usually call the plump one a bassett mix because she's short, and I've been calling the skinny one a rottie/border collie mix because of her eyebrows and silky fur.

I want to get them DNA tests, but they're probably too mixed even for those by the looks of them!

Maybe!! They are very pretty dogs! I didn't think much about them ever having eyebrows until I recently saw a pic of one on one of those reusable grocery bags. She's definitely a border collie size dog though, at 45 lbs, and has the pretty fluffy short ears.

I got two shirts & a skirt at NY & Co. last night at all 70% off.

I got workout pants, a t-shirt, and flip flops at Old Navy all on clearance (I was DYING to change before my hair appointment, haha)

I got two new bras at Victoria's Secret and came away with a free beach towel and a free necklace (that was originally $78 ?!?!?!)

@GoldenPenguin, I got a tote bag from VS once free with 2 bras that was supposed to be $75. I think they mark up their "free gifts" though very badly.

@KeptInStitches I thought it might be a spacer. I just got one recently when Rue La La was having a sale on them. Mine has a theme and all the colored stones are blue, so I really like this! It's really pretty!
