Guess what ladies? Bossman just instituted Wine Thursdays to go along with Wine Wednesdays!! As long as someone brings crackers and cheese he buys the wine. He's amazing lol

    I would say  I was jealous, but I work from home.  Any day can be Wine day for me..  Assuming DH keeps my wine fridge stocked.  Which he does now that he is back to working 11-9pm 7 days a week.






    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    Haha I work at a law firm in Canada.  It's amazing.  And now when clients sass me I sass back :P I'm far too nice of a person to do that without some liquid courage lol.

    The cheese and crackers aren't helping my pre-wedding diet though lol.

    We used to have many company-sponsored mid-day happy (two or three) hours with lots of wine and beer when I worked at an ad agency. Everyone was hammered, then had to go back to work. It was pretty funny.

    I use to work for a company that had happy hour after work on Friday. The company supplied the food and alcohol for everyone who signed up to attend. A year and a half later, they were out of business. :/

    The legal field is all about the alcohol and snacks.  We had champagne, cheese & crackers, and strawberries earlier this afternoon at my firm.  It was delish.

    All you lucky day drinkers suck (read: I'm really jealous). I've been stuffing packets for our upcoming conference all day (read: getting paper cuts) and all we have is a table full of skittles and m&ms to "enjoy". Not cool, bosslady. Not cool at all.
