Need help finding blue wedding dress

I've hit a brick wall when it comes to finding my dream dress. I'm on a budget which doesn't help. But I can't even find a quinceanera dress close to what I what either. I want a ball gown dark blue. Like royal or even midnight blue with satin lifts and a corset style can anyone help. Please. Sort of like this one below.

Just look at bridesmaids' dresses. You can order them in any color.

I'd pm @phira. Or maybe she'll come to this thread. She purchased a beaded blue ballgown that is GORGEOUS and I know it has a corset back. She'll be able to direct you to the store she got it from. Maybe you'll find something similar.
