Accountability - Monday

Good morning girls! How are you doing with your fitness goals? Any goals for this week?

I am still feeling a little rough getting over being sick, so been a little slow on the working out. I am hoping to get better enough I can pick that up this week and get back into a normal routine...

  • I have today off, woohoo! I plan on getting my DIY on once dollar tree and michael's open :)

    yesterday we went to the gym and Dan ran intervals with me. usually once a week or so we will workout with eachother (normally i do cardio and abs and small weight exercises, while he usually only lifts weights), and he was pretty tired afterwards! and i ate pretty healthily. Dan's mom had us over for dinenr and she made vegan chili which is always good because it has a ton of protein, something which is hard for me to get a lot of. :)
    Happily married since 9/1/2012!

  • This week I did pretty well again, so I'm happy! Yesterday I had my "splurge" for the week- breakfast quesadillas. I ate a smaller portion than normally I would have so I don't feel bad about it. 

    My goal is to not weigh myself until friday... I have a hard time resisting getting on the scale. It ends up being frustrating! I'm going to try to do it once a week so that way I can actually see results. 

    I have the day off so I was going to exercise today but I can barely walk I'm so sore from saturday lol.

  • I'm starting Chalean Extreme, with modifications from the physical therapist.  I also plan on starting Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack.  My dress should be in the second week in Feb. my waist and hips are way too big for the dress right now.  I need a miracle to happen or to be able to erase getting hit by a car.

    I hear you on this on! I need a miracle or erase the effects of my medication!!!!
  • I have off work today so I need to be careful of the snacking. I ate okay this weekend- I didn't go as nuts as I usually do. I'm about to go weigh myself so wish me luck. I think I was 132 or 133 on Friday.

  • I had today off.  I had big plans of going to the gym for some weightlifting but I never got a chance.  I had groceries, cleaning, and laundry that I am still doing.  Also, they are selling the property our apartment is in so people have been in and out all day.  Yesterday I went for a 5mile run.  I was hoping for 7 but pooped out.

    Tonight I'm starting to address STDs woo!
