    @ssteele04 we are doing them per hotel room. So if a family of 4 checks in to one room, they will have one welcome basket. It just isn't realistic for us to make 100+ welcome bags. If you have the smaller guest list, you might be able to do it that way. We are just setting it up with our hotel that anyone who checks in using our group reservation code gets a basket.

    We also did ours per room. It was so much easier that way, and the front desk didn't have to hold a gazillion bags behind the counter.

    that is great! we have 40 confirmed guests so far and sunday is our RSVP date, but some of them are kids or are married, so i was just going to do one per couple/married, and one if they are coming single and have kids.

    We did one canvas bag per couple with welcome bags for each person inside. We had 9 people so it wasn't difficult to manage.
