Venue Help!!!!! PLEASE :(

I know my FI and I are late to the game but we got engaged this past Feb/March and was originally planning to have our wedding next year. However, we bumped up the date to December 2014 and would like to have our wedding somewhere in central FL. We currently reside in south FL but have family all over FL AND love Disney World (where we got engaged). Our guest count is between 100-120 and budget is around $20K-$25K including taxes & gratuity. We want a winter wonderland theme and for the reception to be indoors. The ceremony can be outside but preferably not on the grass (a huge no-no for heels). 


Venues already seen:

Hyatt Grand Cypress -  BEAUTIFUL!! But out of our budget with the hidden costs.
Hilton Bonnet Creek -  Small ballroom and exceeds our budget as well
B Hotel-  Too much construction and lacks the "right feeling"
Buena Vista Palace- Possibility but is a bit old & outdated


Will be checking out this weekend:

The Ballroom on Church Street
Orlando Science Center
Dubsdread Ballroom



Does anyone have any other suggestions for venues so last minute? Maybe a venue not listed here on theknot??? Please, please, any help would be greatly appreaciated!!!!  Thank you!!!
