We would really love to just rent a suite that will comfortably fit 21 people and 2 kids, have an officiant come in quickly marry us and bring in our own food and drinks and cupcakes. Is this possible? I looked at suites at ballys does anyone know if we can pull this off? We really just want something small,simple and enjoyable for our family. Thank you for any and all help! I've enjoyed my time lurking and getting some great ideas from everyone!

    It would be up to the venue, but I don't see why not.
    What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

    You should post this over on the Las Vegas wedding board. There are people there who have had or are having suite ceremonies/receptions and would be able to give you more advice.

    Do you already live in Vegas? If not, why go all the way to Vegas to not even eat out?

    We don't but we will be there for four days and will be having plenty of social outings over the course of our vacation. We are also mulling the cost of doing it at maggianos. I'm just worried about our kids being pent up and needing room to run.

    Maggianos is amazing.

    Don't worry about the kids, they'll be fine for a couple of hours no more or less than the adults lol.
    They're your kids, right? You know them best. Will they be better off in a fancy restaurant for a couple of hours or in a suite for a couple of hours?
