  I have been there for the Harford County Wine festival this past year.  It is a pretty little place, I assume you would need a tent because the barn is quite small unless you were only going to use it for your ceremony or have fewer than maybe 50 guests.  Unfortunately I can not offer may specifics but I have considered it as a potential venue myself.  It is easy to get to but somehow feels secluded.
