  Ask the mom if she'd like her name on the invitation. Ask the other girls if they'd like to be co-hosts as well.

  Hosting =/= paying. Ask the MOB if she wants to be listed as a co-host.
  
  Ask the other girls if they want to co-host and list them if they do.
  
  I would have only one name/phone number/email address for people to respond to so that only one person is collecting the names and keeping track of that.
