Grr!!! :) Don't they know a girl's getting anxious here?!?  Did anyone have a "back up" resort or plan in case the one they wanted didn't work out??

The paper work was faxed on Thursday, and they received it.. said I would get my confirmation by Saturday and still nothing.. I'm getting really antsy.. I want to be able to confirm my date with everyone already!!! :)

    Yes. Actually our back-up resort is now our honeymoon resort. It took us about 2 weeks to get a confirmation from the first resort. We almost booked with the other one. But our resorts are on vacation time. They also have more immediate requests. Unfortunately I think its safe to say patience will win you what you want. Just look at the bright side, once you're there, they *should* be holding off everything else to assist with anything your wedding will need.

    but either way sucks to be patient when you're just too excited! I know!

    It only took my resort 3 days to get my confirmation.  I agree with what pp said though.
