E-time on the elliptical, damn FI for bringing me home a Crumbs cupcake yesterday.... but it was cookies and cream and so worth it...

  • So I spilled my smoothie all over me this morning so I only have half of it to drink. I'm starting to get hungry already.

    B- Half my smoothie

    L- Sweet and sour chicken

    D- Chicken and rice

    L: turkey and cheese sandwich, carrots, dried fruit

    Finally joined the gym last night! They have "pro" shop...lol! I called it a gift shop and I think the guy got offended.



  • B- cheerios, dry
    S- Apple
    L- PB&J with Wheat Thin toasted chips
    D- Potatoes O'Brien and cheesy pasta

    E- a walk if its not raining. Arm, back, leg, and ab work out.

  • B - green smoothie
    S- Greek yogurt
    L - Turkey sammich, chicken noodle soup, and a fruit cup from Jason's Deli. Woke up with a really sore throat and cold-like symptoms (probably another sinus infection), so BF gave me his credit card and told me to order from Jason's. :)
    S - 100 calorie pack 
    D - leftover chicken, rolls, and peas (they're the only green veggie BF will eat)
    E - hopefully spin class tonight. Depends on how I feel.
