Found this on Pinterest. Figured you guys might have fun seeing what non-etiquette-savvy people are thinking of when they put a dress code on their invites.
Don't know about you but "Festive Casual" to me would be jeans and a bright fun T-shirt.

Sorry it was working earlier. It showed different dress codes and what to wear. It even told you accessories and makeup.

Cocktail attire/semi formal: You had to wear a colorful cocktail length dress.

Black tie and white tie: These sounded accurate floor length, nice material (preferably silk), pearls or diamonds, nude makeup. I can see how those would be useful to know if the affair was truely up to code.

Creative black tie: Black tie but can be shorter dress and more flexibility on accessories, red lipstick.

Business formal: Cocktail attire with metallic heels and clutch, bright lipstick.

Business casual: Nice skirt or dressy pants and nice blouse.

Festive casual: Velvet, lace, and sequined fabrics in festive colors.
