Suprise!

I just landed a job I have been working so hard to get and since payday will be right before the wedding, I really want to do something nice for my fiance in Vegas.

Any ideas? could be something to do or even the night of our wedding stay in a nice hotel ( we are at the flamingo)

  • Our favorite restaurant is N9NE in the Palms...amazing food! You could also do one of the awesome steak houses.

  • Congrats on the new job!  That is exciting!

I haven't see Absinthe yet but I have several friends that can't stop talking about it.  It's apparently a bit raunchy but if you don't mind adult humor, it gets raves.  It's described as Cirque du Soleil channeled through Rocky Horror.  LOL!  Could be a fun night out though!

  • Does he have any hobbies or special interests?? There are quite a few things to do here besides the "usual" dinner and a show. Maybe us locals can help you out there :)

  • I second Valerie's suggestion... Definitely make a trip over to Bass Pro Shop!! The restaurants at Silverton (adjoined to BPS) are pretty good too, especially Mi Casa.

My favorite part of Absinthe was when they make fun of Cirque lol.  And yes, very raunchy humor; don't attend with parents or relatives if that would lead to an uncomfortable situation.  Also, don't sit in the first few rows if you do not want to run the risk of being made fun of, stereotyped, brought up on stage or worse lol.
