D-mexican bean burrito from trader joe's ( guess where I went shopping this weekend) and some grilled zucchini

S-trail mix

E- at least half an hour on the elliptical

    S - apple
    L - PB&J and Veggie crackers
    D - chicken florentine and farfalle with garlic knots

    E - Arm, back, leg, and ab work out. Its been several days, I need to get back in the swing of things with less than 3 months now til the wedding    O_O

  • B - Green Smoothie
    L - spinach tortilla with turkey and cheese (my trainer told me to use spinach tortillas instead of bread since they have more fiber and nutritional content and less calories), baby carrots, Babybel cheese, applesauce, and sugar free Jello.
    S - Granola bar
    D - tilapia, brown rice, and some sort of veggie
    E - Maybe 30 minutes on the stair climber and then 15 or so of arms and abs? Not sure yet.
