It is probably silly, but I am SUPER excited for my food (oh, and cake... yuck) tasting today at my venue! It will be the first time FI has seen the venue in person (he does a lot of out of state work, so I had to go alone and send him pictures), and it will be all set up for a wedding so that we can really start to envision it. Plus, they are cooking every.single.dish. on their menu for our tasting pleasure.

    We just had our cake tasting!  It was so fun!

    We stopped at a friend's house on the way home, so we gave them our extra cake! (They were super excited!)

    That's a good idea! We have to pick up my kids from the nanny's house on our way home. I bet her family would enjoy some cake.

    Yes, we are having one to please the masses. We really don't like any desserts (pie and cheesecake included) so we figured, let them have cake!
