I want to send out a schedule of events to our guest as they RSVP. Is it proper? Those who attended we want to join us in our rehearsal dinner and activities (we're doing a Team Bride vs Team Groom Field Day) and a morning after brunch. Should we send it out to those who RSVP, as an inclosure card with the wedding invitation, or just inform them in their welcome bags? We would just like to give them enough advanced notice to plan their travels accordingly.
