I forgot to wear my next to leave crown......boo! Good~ After being on Waikiki for two days before our wedding, we decided to change the ceremony location. We were afraid of not enough privacy. In the beginning of planning, our WC thought a different location would be better but I really wasn't thinking. We decided the day before to change the location to Waialae Beach. Instead of having a 2 hour limo ride after the ceremony, we had the driver pick us up and take us to the location. After pics, we still had enough time to see a few sites in the limo and drink our bottle of champagne on the way back to our hotel. Our intimate dinner was AMAZING!!! I suprised DH with a private dinner in a beach front cabana. We had 7 courses that were paired with wine. Our dishes looked like something from a top chef magazine (of course I took pics) and tasted out of this world! After the 4th glass we getting pretty tipsy, ok I was drunk and so wasn't DH! We have no idea how that happened because we drink wine all the time. I had to stop drinking or I would've ruined my wedding night ; ). I'm so glad I splurged on this dinner, it was our of this world and besides our wedding, DH said it was his favorite part of our honeymoon! Good/Bad~ I'm so glad I hired someone to come to my room and do my hair and makeup. I showed her a pic and my hair came out close. I didn't care for the top much but I let it go, I'm really not that picky. I do have to complain that after 2 hours, my curls looked frizzy and started coming out. I had to try to fix the curls for our sunset photos with my hair straightener, I didn't have a curling iron. She also did my makeup. It looked awesome. I showed her a pic of what I like and she hit the nail on the head. I wore false eyelashes for the first time. I'm so gad I tried them out because the looked great. On a side note, after looking at our pics, I'm shiny in some and I don't feel my face was covered enough. I broke out 3 weeks before the wedding due to my facial and my face wasn't back to normal yet and I didn't notice it wasn't covered enough until I noticed in some pics. Ugly~ I don't really think this counts as ugly but I will put it here. My dress was too big. I lost too much weight.....you'd think you'd never hear a girl complain about that! Lol. I had to keep pulling my dress up during my pics. My photog also kept having to tell me to pull it up because my bra was showing. Some pics did end up with it being shown. I'm kinda mad at myself but maybe a little annoyed that my dress was altered too early. It was done almost 6 weeks before my wedding. Because my friends mom (she owns a bridal store but didn't buy it from there) did it, I didn't want to ask her to re-do it closer to the wedding. Also, this isn't necessarily ugly either but.....I had the seamstress come and do my dress and DH linen suit. She came the day before which worked out great. She was very friendly but, DHs suit was all wrinkled by the next day. I was hanging alone in the closet. I had to iron the whole thing over 10 min before the limo came to get us. Also, she must not have done the bust area because that was still wrinkled just as it was when I got to the hotel. Overall everything was wonderful and what I visioned my day to be!
