Wake up call, back to reality for me!  Hope everyone is doing well.  I got kicked over to the nest this morning.... :(

    Good Morning Jessie! I saw your photos, they are gorgeous!

    I'm working today too, blah. We had a good weekend though, we had our wedding shower and got lots of goodies! I haven't really unpacked anything though because we were so exhausted afterwards, except our frappe machine that my mom got us, I was so excited about that I couldn't wait. :o)

    Good Morning! I'm so sleepy today for some reason- I totally overslept and now only coffee is keeping me upright. Oh well.

    We had a great weekend at the beach, although I (of course) got sunburned and now my back feels horrible. Small price to pay though. Darn Scots-Irish ancestors. And then we got back and saw all the shark stories on the news, including the one that accidentally washed up on shore in NJ (there's a video of it on the beach still trying to chomp at people.) Glad I didn't see that one before we left on Friday!

    I'm glad you had a great shower Holly, and that frappe machine sounds awesome!

    Jessie I am glad your wedding was wonderful- why were you kicked to the Nest? Are you not allowed to be a Knottie after your wedding date? I guess that makes sense, I haven't really paid too much attention to the rules about that. Anyway, about to friend you!

    Goooood Morning all

    I'm soooo sleepy that I could fall asleep here at my cubical...yikes!  Thank goodness with sales I will be getting out of here soon and hitting the road.

    Sad day yesterday, FI's family friend passed away yesterday.  We were so thankful we were able to make an emergency trip last week to visit instead of waiting until this week.  The Memorial service will be Wednesday and I know it will be really hard on FI's fam. 

    Melting Pot was fabulous on Saturday!  I couldn't wait to get my hands on my fondue yesterday and experiment.  It was delicious and fun...see the blog: http://putonyoursassypants.blogspot.com

    Just another week...ready to get through it.  We are heading to the mountains this weekend and going to pick up the marriage license along the way.  That's so hard to believe we're getting this close!

    Jess your pictures are beautiful!!
    Random question. . .I saw you went to UNCC (I started there) and theres a picture with 'Horse Show Girls'. Were you on the equestrian team? The year I decided to transfer I had started back with lessons to try out for the team.

    Holly, thats too funny! I did the same thing, but it was with a blanket my DH's grandmother gave me :o) It was too soft and fuzzy to leave in packaging.

    Malea,  I'm sorry to hear about your family's friend, but glady you guys were able to visit last week!

    CJ, I'm the same way with the beach. . .somehow this year I've built in a 'tan'. I have NO idea how though. Usually it's a little burn and then goes away.

    whew. . . This weekend rejuvenated me and I'm ready for this week to start. Last week was Shi-tact-i-last-ic and I just couldn't do anything right / win.  After having a game night w/ daquiris and having DH all to myself saturday and then movie night last night things are looking up :o)

    Also something was said in my sunday school class.

    "You can have it one of two ways; you can be right, or you can be loved; which would you rather have it" . . . While I wasn't having arguments with DH I was upset with myself for doing something wrong and messing up, but what I neglected to see was that no matter what DH was there for me and loved me.   So heres my Monday advice :  even when everything is going down the shitter, remember, theres ALWAYS someone that loves you and cares a lot for you!! :o)

    Good morning everyone.  I am actually glad this weekend is over - it was way too stressful and  seriously felt like I needed a break from it! 

    I had a dream last night that I was trying to fall asleep and couldn't...so while I was actually asleep I was dreaming that I was staring at a clock and just couldn't get to sleep (it was not my room or clock so  I know it was adream)...suffice it to say, when I woke up this morning I did not feel rested!

    On a happier note, the squirrel that our dog attacked Saturday and we thought had crawled off to die (which made us both really upset) returned to the bird feedr yesterday looking fine and dandy except for a gash on his shoulder where the dog got him.  He must have just been stunned on Saturday.

    Good morning ladies! DH and I had a really good weekend...sucks it passed so fast :-/ It's been the first weekend we've had alone for a while so it was nice to spend some QT together. This is a very gloomy looking Monday for me :-( I guess we could use some rain though. I've got TONS of house work to do anyway.
