I posted a little while ago about the stress of moving. We ended up hiring a moving company rather than a truck and doing it ourselves. It was a smaller company which was $1000-1500 less than the large companies. I was kinda terrified it would be a scam... but it wasn't! Fiance and I have successfully moved and started to unpack. And now I can get back to "knotting" with you all, which I have missed. Is that weird? It's probably weird. I hope everyone's weekend is going well!

    I really like it! It is homier than the old apartment, with carpet rather than parquet floor. I like the homey feel, and I'm glad to be back in my home state. It's a little smaller over all, and the kitchen is definitely a downgrade (I think the appliances might be older than I am, or at least the same age), but we have our own washer dryer! 

    I had a total freak out the day after we moved, though. I was so grumpy and sad and numb and everything fiance did or said annoyed me. I've never felt that way towards him before... it scared me! I start a new job on Wednesday too, so I'm assuming all these adjustments are what caused that? I'm glad to be feeling mostly better, and venting on the knot is so helpful!

    Congratulations! It feels great to be moved in, I'm sure. I was so happy once we were finished with that. Unpacking isn't bad so that will go by fast!
