  We're not having a send-off... I plan on being one of the last ones to leave. I want to enjoy every second of the party!

  I have seen pictures with sprinkles.  They look pretty cool because the sprinkles are so bright.

  I've honestly never been to a wedding where they had a send-off. And I've been to a whole bunch of weddings.

  I would not be into that because then someone's holding sprinkles in their hot, sweaty hand (I have sweaty hands, this is how I know I would not want someone like me to throw sprinkles) and then you get colorful little schmears all over your dress and the rental tux and just... no.

  
  

  Hand out sticks or something with long ribbons tied down them and run under the ribbon bridge. That is also good because you don't have to sweep anything up afterward.

  At every wedding I've been to with a sparkler send off (4 so far), it has never worked or looked like it does on Pinterest. Sparklers stay lit for about 15 seconds. It's nearly impossible to have everyone's lit at the same time so people just kind of mill about awkwardly holding a hot, metal stick. Add alcohol and lots of synthetic wedding fabrics and yea.. not pretty.

  
  

  I like bubbles, petals or those sticks with ribbon on the end.
