Timelines

Hi june brides, if you are sending timelines to your wedding party, when do you plan on doing this?

Re: Timelines

  • Probably the week before. My timeline includes our mani/pedi date, the rehearsal and the day-of schedule.
  • I've already sent one with the definite times that are already set for that day but probably a couple weeks out I'll send another more firm one.
  • I'm sending mine the week before and a reminder of who's, where's and whats for the day of. I'm sure more things will come up anyway and I just hope everyone will end up where they're supposed to be.

I'm also giving them a physical day-of timeline at the RD.

  • I'm not giving them a timeline, because I don't really see the need for one.  I'm letting them know what time they need to show up for the rehearsal (dinner is after), and what time they need to be at the ceremony site that Saturday (pictures first, then wedding, then more pictures).  So, pretty much just 2 arrival times.
  • I'm not doing one either, I am in constant contact with my BM me and FIs main family members that need to be there and I know we will confirm the times at the RD verbally. The GM just have to show up and FI is handling that stuff so no need for one on my end.
  • I won't send them the down to the 15 minute timeline that I'm going to make for myself, but I'll send them one with where they need to be and when....like a reminder about the bridal luncheon, rehearsal/dinner and what time to be at the hotel to get ready.

  • Yes, Mine is done I am just waiting on FI to decide where he is getting ready so  I can put that on the timeline. I will probably give it about 2 weeks out. All my BM's are OOT and so is one Groomsmen. So it will help.

I probably won't give them a timeline until the rehearsal dinner.  If they have any questions before then, they can always call me.

I've got a tentative schedule posted on our "bridal party website." It also has all the info about attire.
  • I've given the girls a tentative "day of" schedule.  Plan on sending the "2-3 days prior to the wedding schedule" out by the end of next week!

  • They all have a rough idea but they'll get the "official" timeline at the RD.

  • I gave out timelines for the bachelorette party/ mani/pedi bc they cost money and I wanted to give them time if they needed it to save.

Also sent a timeline for the morning of the wedding for bridesmaids getting makeup done (everyone isn't *sigh*) bc they consultant takes 25-30 mins per face and I wanted them to be prepared for it.
