I am going to a wedding this weekend, and it is going to be a real shit show, but that does not mean I should be rude as well as the bride and groom. I have no time on my hands and I am really not looking forward to going shopping. Is this dress inappropriate? I wore it for my bridal shower, and I don't know if I should go out and buy a new dress. I am all for not wearing white to someone else's wedding, but the white is in the background. I would like to know opinions if someone would wear this to a wedding... or if it is too much white.
Re: Is this dress appropriate for a wedding?
MOG who was the "extreme proper wedding" Zilla leader actually was thrilled with my dress because at least I dressed up enough. Granted, it was a PUPD (pretentious ugly princess day - bride is usually pretty but she had on really bad makeup and was glaring and snarling all day. Plus, it was so bad, I like being a bitch.), honey fund only, put the honey fund information on every piece of paper, 2 hour gap over dinner, only served light appetizers, cash bar, etc, etc, etc.
So if ok by that Zilla, I can't think anyone else would complain.
Just kidding, but seriously. I wouldn't wear a dress that's all white or mostly white, but floral on a white background is totally fine.
But, as you will come to find, I give nonefucks about the ridiculous, catty, sartorial rules women try to impose on other women at weddings.
