Post-rehearsal gathering

Our rehearsal is at Caesar's on a Friday at 4:00. We don't want to do a rehearsal dinner, but would like to invite whoever wants to come for a casual gathering, "meet and greet" style. Any ideas?

    I heard Strip Burger and El Segundo are great options.

    What hmgiffor said. We ultimately decided to have a Meet & Greet in a hotel suite with catering but before that decision we were going to have a casual dinner at Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip. It was about $25 for a dinner, including non-alcoholic beverages, tax and tip. You could always do just apps or something else but they had some really good, inexpensive options and it's centrally-located. They were great helping me put together some options that were laid-back. Hussong's Cantina at Mandalay Bay is also a popular choice. They have some fun mariachi's that keep things really fun!
