venue search any ideas?

We have been searching all over the hudson valley as well as classer to the city. We can't find a venue that is rustic and next to the water. When i say rustic i mean some wood beams, brick and or stone. can anyone help me? some details below

we have 160 people
looking to spend $100 a person

    i found the fox hill inn which is over the stateline in CT. it was $99 pp. not near water though... but it was similar to FEAST at roundhill - old mansion esque. a lot of the rustic places i found that match what you are looking for (which is what i was looking for) were crazy expensive with an additional site fee. i have more guests then you, so i probably missed some spots that can work for you!

    Try Dutchess Manor in Beacon. Thayer hotel is nice, but its a bit higher in price.
