  II went to a wedding show and Beau Monde College of Hair Design was there offering fliers for day off hair and makeup. Also, I have gotten my hair cut and colored quite a few times at Aveda Institute and they do make up. I have no idea how good they are but they are inexpensive enough to do a trial, I think Aveda makeup application is $8, don't know about weddings though. I have gotten free cuts and color by newer students but the paid service is done by senior students. You know they want to do well because they will be job hunting soon and would love to have a potential client base.
