  The Moorestown Community Center is a nice spot.  Not sure the costs, but most caterers could work with you and your budget.

  Due Amici's in Cinnaminson is a great place for a brunch or lunch. I had my husband's surprise 30th birthday there and also took my bmaids to brunch one day after we looked for bridesmaids dresses. It's a BYO too.
