  Betsey Johnson website, modcloth, Amazon, trashy diva all have colored petticoats. Also check out dolly couture. Assuming you mean a short one since color was mentioned. If you're looking for long ones, I'm sorry to have wasted your time. :-)

  I'm looking for a long petticoat.  Thanks for the help.  This is a lost cause so far.  No one has them in the floor length style.  I think I'm going to be out of luck.  Thanks for valient efforts.
