Restaurants that can accommodate a dance floor....

I am second guessing everything now since we have so many big friends weddings coming up. I feel like we're missing that critical fun component, like dancing and some kick ass music. Which restaurants in Vegas can accomodate 40-50 in private dining WITH a dance floor? Thanks!

  • You can't go changing your mind...I'm copying you haha I hate to say it....Carmine's or Joe's have really been the only ones I have found. What if you did dinner at Wolfgang still then just moved to a night club? You will still have the dancing.

  • Well, our original plan was dinner then in suite. I think it'll be too early for a nightclub. It will only be about 7:30 when dinner is over. I know Maggiano's can do a dance floor too. I reached back out to them. Has anyone on here heard feedback on Bootleggers Casa di Copa room?

  • @rosebubbly -  Funny you posted this, I'm in the exact same place.  Was just thinking about adding dancing and a DJ after all...   We were just going to have dinner, but now I'm not sure what to do.

  • @KrisLSmiley‌ how many people are you having again?

  • @rosebubbly- we're only having 30. My concern is there are not a lot of dancers in the group.  But I want to do something fun besides dinner!  Really struggling with this one.

  • We are having our reception at Canaletto at the Venetian (murano room) and they have different rooms and can accommodate a dance floor in the larger room.
  • Is it rude to have a limo for guests to get TO dinner but not on the way back?

  • @hmgiffor‌ the etiquette folks would say yes it's rude, but you've gotta know your crowd too. If you have people in your group who will all leave at scattered times, like to explore on their own, might stay out later or even leave really early...that could end up being a logistical nightmare. I think this is a uniquely vegas problem because you can LOSE people to so many places. Some buddy could have a good run on a table and disappear for hours! Maybe just pay for some cabs...
Hell some people love walking the strip! Although that would be a long walk

Joe's Gigi room is perfect for a dance floor! We had 32 ppl with lots of room to spare!

Also we did a bus there but not back - some people wanted to keep partying and went to clubs and others just wanted to crash - so like previous poster said you need to know your crowd :)

I just emailed Wolfgang about the same thing! Is the space too small for a dance floor? Our guest list is escalating so I was thinking of possibly doing dinner at Wolfgang but I also have a suite booked for potential in suite cake and post dinner festivities.
  • The room at Wolfgang is definently too small for a dance floor unless you were smaller than maybe 25 ppl. Also I do t think they'd allow a Dj because the space is right off of the main dining room. I want to thank you all sooooo much for your words of encouragement last week! I think we are going to go in a different direction now after attending a wedding this weekend. Our friends are big party animals and I think Wolfgang would just be too staid for us and I'm worried we'd get kicked out of a non sanctioned in suite party afterwards. @hmgiffor‌ I'm going to email you Wolfgang pics and I'll try to upload them too.

  • Just sent...I should mention Wolfgang in crystals will also change the setup to a standing cocktail reception for anyone looking to go that route and it looks good set that way too...
