How is everyone co-ordinating this? Our guests will be arriving all over the place - some before us, some after us... so just wondering how I get them their welcome bags. The options I have are:
Leave at hotel receptions - which is my preferred method - but do they actually get them??? Whats the tip for having them delivered to the room? Or do they get a note saying to pick it up from reception?
Give them out at the DDB bus tour when we first get there... problem here is that not everyone will be there as our wedding is a few days later.
What are your thoughts? Are the hotels reliable in getting them to people? Will they let the people know as they are checking in that there is something for them to collect??
Arrrgh! These are my biggest stress at the moment! I don't want to spend a heap of $$$ on them for them to be forgotten about behind the bell desk!
