Lower Cost Indianapolis Reception Venues

My fiance and I are on a pretty tight budget for the wedding and reception and I'm having a really difficult time finding a space for our reception that's not thousands of dollars.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

    One of the cheaper venues my fiance and I found was the Rathskeller. Have you looked into that? They have rooms of all sizes available and the food prices are more reasonable than most places I found.
