Addressing Invites for a Combined Family

I'm wondering what's the most appropriate way to address the following situation:
I want to address my aunt, uncle, and two cousins (one is a teenager and the other is an adult) as The Hamilton Family. My oldest cousin's boyfriend / father of their child also lives in the household with their 2-year-old. Addressing The Hamilton Family + His Name sounds strange and isolating. Any suggestions?

Any adult should get their own invitation.  This means your cousin and his family.

    Ms. Jane Doe
    Mr. George Smith
    George Lastname, junior

For the rest of the family,

    Mr. and Mrs. John Smith
    Mr. John Smith, junior

This is if you are not using inner envelopes.  If you are using inner envelopes, the you simply address the invitation to Mr. and Mrs. John Smith, and on the inner envelope, you write, "Mr. and Mrs. Smith", and "Mr. John Smith, junior" underneath.
