Is there any general rule for putting the names on the invitation? I've noticed that for straight marriages sometimes the guy's name is first and sometimes it's the girl. How do you choose with 2 girls? LOL Alphabetically maybe?
I'd say just however it rolls off the tongue better. If you normally introduce yourselves with one name first, do that for the invitations maybe? Or if one of you proposed to the other (instead of a mutual thing), I would put that person's name first.
I put his first, only because it seemed to flow better. We sent out invites a year in advance, so that people could plan annual leave and stuff like that, we left our actual location off, as we didn't have that secured until last month!
