Venues Similar to One Atlantic

I am planning a wedding for summer of 2016 and fell in love with One Atlantic in Atlantic City. However, I would like some other options as backups in case One Atlantic cannot work with our budget. 

I do not care for typical ballrooms, and really do not want a traditional carpeted banquet room. Though I love that One Atlantic is over the ocean, I really am just looking for some suggestions of venues that are similar in terms of that modern style. Thanks for your help!

    These are a few I could think of that are modern....The Watermark in Asbury Park, Maritime Park in Jersey City, The Liberty House in Jersey City, The Metropolitan Room in Newark, Galloping Hill in Kenilworth, and Kean University also has a room called The Atrium where weddings can be held.
