  I think it would depend on how much it costs (for me at least). Less than $50? I might be willing to risk it. $100? I might wait and see what size she is later and get a dress then.

  I see you have decided to purchase the dress.  I was wondering if you have shown this dress to your FSD.  The issue might not be monetary as much as whether your FSD will like the dress.  Obviously no two kids are alike, but I know my 10 year old niece would not be caught dead in anything with tulle.
