Hair and make up - being indecisive!

I need to book my hair and make up, but I just can't make the decision. I've gotten quotes from Harmony and Stevee Danielle, and they are pretty much the same for me and my 2 bridesmaids.

How did you all end up making the final decision on who to go with - there is just so much choice out there that it makes me nervous! I will get a trial with whoever I choose, as I'm in Vegas for 4 days before the actual wedding.

I went with Harmony. I decided on her mainly because of all the great reviews I had read on her and by her portfolio. I was a little nervous because out of all her pics from her past work I had only seen about 1 or 2 styles similar to what I was going for. But in the end she gave me exactly what I wanted and she was great

I know it's a real tough decision with so many options available but I recommend Harmony!

I went with Harmony based on reviews on here and yelp, i looked at a lot of companies and got quotes from a bunch but after reading their reviews on yelp i decided not to go with them.

I went with Stevee Danielle because I have a large group (10 of us) getting hair/make up and they send enough artists to have everyone done in 3 hours - which was important to me because I didn't want to have to start hair and makeup at the crack of dawn. I saw them at a bridal show and liked their work, so that helped make the decision easier. I know a lot of people on here use Harmony and have nothing but great things to say about her - I haven't heard anything negative either so can't help you rule her out. I don't think you'll go wrong with either choice

I just booked with Harmony, I like her portfolio and she seemed lovely, plus she had all the great reviews on here. Getting a trial done on the afternoon of my mini-bachelorette so looking forward to having professional make up for a night out!

I booked Harmony because she was used by about 99% of the active brides when I was planning our wedding. I was really happy with her. She did airbrush makeup on me and my MOH and regular makeup on my mother. She also styled our hair.

She was great at keeping me relaxed - I wasn't freaking out, but I did have butterflies. She chatted with me and my MOH like we were three girlfriends getting ready for a night on the town.

I had a trial since I had a few makeup and hair ideas from Pinterest and had NO idea how they'd look on me. Harmony made some suggestions based on my coloring and face shape. She absolutely nailed the makeup - it was natural but played up my features and eye color perfectly - and my hair came out great. The first style didn't work out so well, so she tweaked it a bit until I was happy with it, and then we took some pictures with my phone so we'd remember what to change the day of the wedding.

I definitely recommend the airbush makeup. It stayed put all day and night, and I still had most of it on the next morning. All I had to do was touch up my mascara and add lipstick.

My MOH gets a greasy face quite easily, but she didn't even have to use the little pads she'd brought. The airbrush makeup is awesome. It feels so light, but it gives you amazing coverage.

I've decided to put all the names in a hat and pick one. I figured they all have great reviews and are around the same price so I can't go wrong. Certainly not the most methodical way to make a decision but in my opinion it is the only way I can decide at this time.

I booked with Harmony and was SO pleased with my decision! She was absolutely fantastic to work with. She got there nice and early so we could get me, 2 mothers and 3 bridesmaids done in time before the wedding. She was awesome to talk with and did amazing work!

We had 6 girls and booked with Glamsquad. They sent a team of 5 over. It was amazing and they are all such great and talented guys. My friend made a joke as one entered "now the stripper's here" and he just rolled with it. Seriously, so funny and very charming... but also awesome at what they do. It was about $160 each for airbrush hair and makeup.
