I have a terrible FWP

We did the huge cooking yesterday. My mom made a batch of bacon to make the egg muffins (I think) @GBCK posted. For some reason Mom thought she needed 5 lbs of cooked bacon. We made 3 dozen muffins for my brother then my mom left the rest. I made 3 more dozen muffins, but there is still a MOUNTAIN of bacon.

I'm sure I could just put it in front of 6let, but that doesn't seem healthy. There must be 3 pounds still to deal with.

Is there any recipe you can make and freeze using the cooked bacon? Crumble it up, put it in bags, and freeze it? Put it in every meal from here to eternity?

I'm over the cooking thing for the week. I asked a friend if she wanted some squash and cooked bacon. I'm not sure what it says about either of us that she didn't even ask why I had so much cooked bacon.

I'm just going to crumble and freeze and call it a day. I have a few things I can throw it in later.
