we played apples to apples with my parents on their last visit, so i thought it might be fun to try cards against humanity. (with my relatively conservative parents)

highlights of the evening:

getting my mother to say: "motherf*cking sorcerer" (and watching my dad's reaction - he doesn't swear)

DK explaining bukakke and golden showers to my parents (my dad played the "pixelated bukakke" card, without knowing what it meant)

explaining tentacle porn to my parents AND DK

apparently I'm the most twisted person in the family.

Tentacle porn has been a long-standing tradition in Japan, however, even since before Western morals were thrust upon the country after Perry and during the Meiji restoration -- there are more than a few woodblock prints featuring women being pleasured by octopi. Japan used to be a very liberal, nudity-friendly society with women walking around with titties a flappin', but when Western morals appeared, they no longer allowed nudity to that extent. This has continued to the modern day, and if you watch Japanese pornography, all genitals are pixelated. It's very odd.
