  Simon Lee Bakery! They were very friendly and willing to do whatever we wanted. Also, a lot of the places I checked out freeze their cakes prior to your wedding (having a significant impact on the taste) & Simon Lee doesn't freeze their cakes.

  i second simon lee!  judy & simon have been nothing short of amazing... they make the most beautiful ones & their cakes are so moist & delicious.  definitely top notch!
