uploading pictures

is anyone else having problems uploading pictures to your website.... my file format is jpg...however, when I try and upload it, there is a message saying that it only support jpg files, etc.... which is what my file is listed as....HELP!

    I'm having the same trouble... there was an email posted in another's (similar problem) post saying to contact customer service at this email: feedback@theknot.com  so that's what i'm going to do. Good luck to us both!
