Caterers in NW Indiana

Hi All, 

Planning my wedding in Sept. 2015 at the Aquatorium in Miller Beach/Gary, but I'm not from the area so I'm in need of some advice for caterers. 

I'd rather stray away from the typical beef or chicken type of dinner, and am looking possibly for any Mexican caterers.

Any advice would be appreciated!

    So funny you posted this - OOT but hosting a bridal shower cookout in Michigan City this summer and wanted catering recs too! BBQ/standard buffet is ok with me but would love Mexican too!

    I had Scrementi's in Steger and they were GREAT! Everyone raved about the food. If you're looking for BBQ, you might check Bomber's in Muster--their food is delicious, and I think they cater. I've heard good things about Strack's catering too. I'm not sure about Mexican catering. Maybe just go to Mexican restaurants and their websites or call and see if they offer catering?
