Rent lake/beach house for wedding

Has anyone found a rental home that is capable of hosting a wedding reception? We would like the location to be within a two hour drive of Chicago. Probably around 130 guests and it would be great if the house was near hotels/bars for guests as well.

    Try your local board.  This is an international board and most of us will have no idea how to help you in Chicago.

    I'm from the Chicago area. Michigan City, IN has a little resort neighborhood called BeachWalk where you can rent various sized houses including some very large mansions. It's across the street from Lake Michigan and there's multiple hotels in that town. Benton Harbor & Saint Joe, MI are a similar situation and I think those towns are about 1.5 to 2 hours away from Chicago.
