Tuesday Accountability

Hey ladies...it's not ok to start a discussion on this and not follow through!

B: coffee, Dark Mocha Almond Kashi bar, banana

L: leftover pasta with olive oil, lemon, and spices

S: fresh peaches

D: spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce straight from my garden!

E: cleaning today unless FI takes his friends out. If he does then I'll be dd.

    L- Kale Salad with peanut vinaigrette

    D- Probably leftover Steak and Broccoli

  • B:  2 jumbo scrambled eggs, 1/2 honey cinnamon plantain, 1 pc. bacon; coffee with a tiny bit of whole milk
    L:  slow-cooker balsamic braised beef and onions, smashed potatoes, sauteed sugar snap peas; fresh cherries, Dove dark chocolate
    S:  peach
    D:  I laid out the wrong meat, so hopefully I can get the right meat thawed out quickly enough!  CL chili (with Fritos!), roasted green beans; watermelon

    B: Special K red berries cereal with 2% milk (no s'mores!)

    L: Pasta with spinach and cheese, small ham and cheese sandwich, pineapple chunks

    D: Something at the fair tonight, not sure what yet

    E: Does walking all over the fair and exuberant cheering at the monster truck show count? :) Probably not, but I'll make up for it tomorrow.

    L: Smart One's mini pizzas, and the smallest handful ever of Doritos, just to finish the bag.

    S: Cheese stick and pretzels

    D: Chicken Alfrado maybe? Depends what BF makes while I'm at practice.

    E: Cheer practice with the girls. I'm going to try to start doing the laps with them and also conditioning.


    Clearly I picked the WORST day to start this. Although maybe if I start writing it down I will feel the need to eat better!

  • B:  Coffee, 100-cal chobani yogurt, 90-cal special K bar
    S:  Nectarine
    L:  Salad - they have nacho bar so I might grab some nachos too
    S:  100-calorie almonds, carrots, pudding
    D:  I have a recipe for sriracha chicken wings, I'm going to try to modify it though for chicken tenders and baking or grilling instead of frying.

    E:  Beyond some basic cleaning (vacuuming), probably won't do much.  I think I'm going to order the T25 DVDs though... so at least I'm THINKING about it :o)  <<Anybody have any comments on T25 before I order??>>

  • @Dignity100 - @Swazzle has the T25 DVDs.  I do Insanity, which is a harder/longer/older version of T25.  I've only heard good things about T25!!
  • Someone please tell me what this is? I'm guessing meals and exercise, but is this for today or yesterday?

    B - Honey Greek yogurt parfait from S-bux

    L - Hosted by work today. I'm assuming sandwiches, but not quite sure.

    S - I eat sunflower seeds all day every week day. Helped with not smoking. Now I'm addicted to seeds instead.

    D - Kale salad with cubed ham

    E - Already ran 4.5 miles with the dog this morning.

  • B: 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice lebanon balogna, 1/2 sandwich thin, sprinkle of cheese
    S: 12 oz coke, one wedge laughing cow cheese
    L: bbq pork
    S: grapes
    D: bbq pork

    E: day 5 of squat/arm challenge (it was an easy day, but hey, five straight days. WOOHOO!)

  • B - green smoothie (I do spinach, kale, arugula, sometimes cucumber, unsweetened almond coconut milk, banana, frozen pineapple, and protein powder)
    S - Greek yogurt
    L - Chicken noodle soup, baby carrots, unsweetened apple sauce, sugar free jello
    S - Babybel cheese, granola bar
    D - I'm trying a new recipe... BBQ pork chops, corn, and peas
    E - hopefully going to the gym tonight for a cardio and arms mix. Depends on what time I get out of work and how quickly I run an errand. I'm still within my calorie count for the day though, so it's not the end of the world if I don't go.
