  • B: Coffee and Nutra-grain strawberry bar (yes this is a trend)

    L: Leftover chicken alfrado

    S: Cheese Stick and maybe yogurt

    D: No idea yet

    E: Cheer practice. Extra conditioning tonight because last night was cancelled. I also ordered the 21 Day Fix and it shipped today. I think it is really going to help because I eat like a 5 year old and portion control is a huge problem for me. Here's hoping!

  • @TwoDimes I failed yesterday too and didn't work out at all. I came home and plopped myself on the couch and ate a big bowl of leftover spaghetti. Le sigh...

    B: banana, coffee, slice of lemon pound cake (oops)

    L: turkey and spinach sandwich, babybel cheese, baby carrots

    S: two clementines

    D: tofu veggie stir fry

    E: We'll see how I feel.

  • I failed yesterday too... no exercise, and came home and ate a bag of popcorn with movie butter. I was so tired... and then shortly after eating dinner (which was healthy!), my stomach became my mortal enemy, and I was in the bathroom until about 11pm. 

    B - banana and PB2
    S - Greek yogurt
    L - spinach tortilla with turkey and colby jack cheese, baby carrots, apple sauce, sugar free Jello
    S - light Babybel cheese, granola bar
    D - tilapia, brown rice, and some sort of veggie
    E - not sure yet

  • I ate a s'more yesterday...dessert is my weakness! But I ran an extra mile too, soooo maybe that makes up for it?

    B: Special K red berries cereal with 2% milk
    L: Pasta with spinach and cheese, ham and cheese sandwich, strawberry banana yogurt
    S: Banana
    D: Not sure yet; maybe some of the soup I have from when I was sick?
    E: Rest day
  • Also definitely failed yesterday. I went to the store to buy salad stuff, and picked up some of those mini ice cream cone things, covered in chocolate and peanuts. Ate one of those, and some more of the caramel core ice cream. . . But that was mostly to keep myself happy because we had a really annoying visitor over. . . And I also had a slurpee. The lemonade flavor is just so good when it's hot out!

    B - All I brought is an apple
    L - Probably a homemade turkey sandwich
    D - Spaghetti, which is dangerous because I eat mostly parmesan with a little spaghetti mixed in
    S - Sunflower seeds, otter pops (I'll try and limit myself to 3 today.)
    E - Ran 4.5 miles with Marv this morning

    Note: Someone brought in donuts today. I will not eat a donut. I'll save myself for the parmesan and otter pops, haha

    Kinda failed last night as well since we went to Habachi

    Lunch - left over Chicken habachi
    Snack - McD's strawberry banana shake
    D- no clue
