Getting your guests to the church?

Did anyone worry about getting their guests to the church. We are getting married at Little Church of the West and most, not all df us are staying at Caesar's Palace. I am thinking of having an option for everyone to meet at Caesar's Palace and rent a huge limo for everyone to travel with me is they're interested to save the trouble of everyone having to find their way there. I just envision no communication and everyone taking taxis individually or something lol. Any thoughts?? After the ceremony I have a party bus through Earth Limos rented to do a 3 hour fun/strip/amateur photo tour dropping us off at Maggianos at supper time. I also have a shuttle rented to pick us up to take us back to Caesar's to continue the night with us at Cleopatra's Barge or wherever people may want to go.

I have seen many ladies on here get transportation to the wedding. I personally would hate for everyone to be confused (and calling me) and what if someone is late or lost. I say if you have it in the budget...it would likely be worth it!

  • I agree. We have a limo from the church, but I think I'll get a bigger one for everyone. They can ride with me...it'll be a pre wedding party! I just don't want confusion. They'll just have to get their butts to Caesar's if they choose!
  • It depends where they are staying, if I had to get a taxi to Caesars I'd probably rather just get a taxi to the venue rather than the bother of getting out and going to meet everyone then getting another mode of transport.
  • How many people? I used AWG party buses for both my wedding and H's 30th birthday and had great experiences with them. And FWIW, going with a party bus instead of a limo for me and my girls was a great decision for me, a party bus was only a bit more than a limo and had stairs for me to get in and out with my dress on easy-peasy.
  • Well... I was thinking about that too...once in a taxi, might as well stay in a taxi. About 25-30 people are going. A majority staying at Caesars.
  • I would say if most are staying at Caesar's get a limo, then tell people what time/where to meet. That way if people want to take another mode of transportation they can or they can ride on the limo.

  • For that size group strictly for getting them there I might go with the vehicle I used as my shuttle, which was a 35 person mini coach, if you want I can PM you the info of the rep I booked with.  But like others if I wasn't staying at Caesars I'd probably just taxi to the chapel myself.
  • I definitely like the transport them idea.  You don't want some of your guests being dragged all over Vegas by those bad taxi drivers that look to take the longest route possible, then have them get there and find out others paid a lot less.

  • Thanks! So, I booked with Earth Limo for a party bus post wedding. I booked a shuttle post Maggianos. I am considering booking the pre wedding limo with them as well...I guess what I am asking is if they are good or if anyone knows. I tried calling Elite a dozen times and couldn't get thru at all...like the number was wrong from their website or something.
