S: No idea - I have packs of almonds, 100-calorie popcorn and 90-calorie granola bars in my desk
E: T25; I''m not sure if I'll do the 2 they want me to do tonight or not. I'm HOPING to get a bike ride in tomorrow.
Confessions:
(1) Since I got all discouraged because I was at my highest weight EVER - I've lost 5lbs.
(2) When I was at my heaviest, I only had 2 pairs of jeans that would fit. Now I have 4

(3) I look at what you other girls are eating and I think I'm still eating way too much

(4) In yesterday's T25, I felt I was staring at the screen trying to figure out what they wanted me to do more than actually working out. I'm still a little sore today, but not as sore as I think I should be (if that makes sense). I know it'll get better as I get stronger and do the videos more.
