Friday Accountability

B:  Oatmeal
L:  Stuff I shouldn't have (chicken tenders, fries, all things bad - I'll have a side salad, that should offset some of the badness)
D:  No idea - probably go out somewhere
S:  No idea - I have packs of almonds, 100-calorie popcorn and 90-calorie granola bars in my desk
E:  T25; I''m not sure if I'll do the 2 they want me to do tonight or not.  I'm HOPING to get a bike ride in tomorrow.

Confessions:
(1) Since I got all discouraged because I was at my highest weight EVER - I've lost 5lbs.
(2) When I was at my heaviest, I only had 2 pairs of jeans that would fit.  Now I have 4 :o
(3) I look at what you other girls are eating and I think I'm still eating way too much :o(
(4) In yesterday's T25, I felt I was staring at the screen trying to figure out what they wanted me to do more than actually working out.  I'm still a little sore today, but not as sore as I think I should be (if that makes sense).  I know it'll get better as I get stronger and do the videos more.

    To the first 2 bolded: THAT IS FANTASTIC! WAY TO GO!

    To the last bolded: I do the exact same thing! This is your first week and T25 is NO joke. Take your time and learn the moves so you don't hurt yourself because then you won't be able to work out at all! I think you're a rockstar for being so active this week :)

    S: I brought a banana but it got beat up during my commute so I had to toss it :( 
    L: 2 ST buffalo turkey burger patties with blue cheese broccoli slaw! 
    S: Celery with ST blue cheese dressing
    D: Not sure yet

    W: 3 liters



  • B- hot chocolate, yogurt with blueberries

    L-vegan shepard's pie

    S-cookie or two

    D- homemade pizza

    S- wine and some chex mix

    E-elliptical and an abs work out

  • B: 2 jumbo eggs, 1 "hearty" WW english muffin with a little whipped butter, 1/2 c. raspberries (still working on those); tried a new cold brew coffee (http://www.chameleoncoldbrew.com/products) with 1/2 cup whole milk. it's pretty good, but I wish it didn't have the mocha in it. their website says they sell cold brew black coffee, but I haven't seen it in the store.

    L: kalua pork, a little white rice, grilled zucchini; banana

    D: maybe Chipotle?? definitely something with veggies.

    WO: JM Yoga Meltdown and lots of shopping tonight.


    @Dignity100 - isn't it a great feeling to be wearing clothes that didn't fit??? 
  • Time for me to join back in.  I keep making ground (5-8lbs) then slide right back to crappy eating habits.  H and I had a serious talk yesterday I'll probably discuss with you gals at some point but suffice it to say, he had some valid points about my weight and excuses.

    B: Egg beaters with tomatos, hot sauce and ketchup.  Probably too much sodium.

    L: Chicken salad with balsamic and loads of veggies.

    D: Black beans, quinoa and loads of veggies with some cheese and hot sauce.

    S: Wine and a large apple

    E: 30 minutes on tredmill this morning @4mph and 8 incline.  Going to try to get another 30 minutes in this afternoon @4mph with inclines of 4-8.

    @Swazzle - I'm also joining you on the water bandwagon.  Not sure I can get 3 liters in but will be shooting for 64oz minimum

    Get it, girl! I keep a tally on a post-it at work. I'm not doing so well today so thanks for the reminder!
