  My partner was already up waiting for me. My best friend walked me down the aisle.   No particular reason, other than I wanted it that way.

  We have a balcony overlooking our guests, our plan is to have me come out first then Heidi, we meet at the top of the stairs and walk down together to the aisle. Nobody is giving us away. it is the way we want it.

  Thank you! Yeah I been researching online as much as I can. Were doing a very traditional set up. Shes going to Walk down at the beginning after her bridesmaid and then I am walking down. Shes just wearing a white suit vs a dress. I am so excited!!! eek!

  We ended our ceremony with a toast. Everyone yelled "cheers" while we kissed - then we walked out. I loved it because it sort of distracted everyone from the kiss (I'm not much for PDA!)   My fiance and I plan on having the officiant announce us as "husbands for life" (a cute play on husband and wife), so maybe they "wifes for life".

  Not sure if this is too late but I end all the weddings I officiate with "you may now seal this covenant with a kiss."
