Thinning Hair

I'm 25 and am starting to experience hereditary hair loss.  I mainly have thinning at the top of my scalp and my hair is overall thin
Any tips on how to disguise this for my wedding hair? I've thought of clip in extensions but what about on the top of my head?

    Is it in front or is it on the crown of your head? The crown is a little easier to work with while the front may require a lace-front wig or piece.
    Have you thought about an updo? A hair stylist use clip in extensions and teasing to create the illusion of thicker hair on the top of your head and for the bun/twist/curls. etc.
