Thursday Accountability

Hi ladies - how is everybody doing?

B:  1 piece french toast; 1/2 waffle
L:  Salad
D:  Probably black bean burgers and veggies
S: Banana, yogurt, carrots (that's what I brought with me, don't know if I'll eat it all)

E:  T25 - looks like it's Alpha Cardio today.

    L- Probably a bunch of turkey since that's all we have in our refrigerator

    D- Hamburgers and probably potato salad

    E- CrossFit
  • B- hot chocolate, yogurt with almonds

    L-rice with my tomato potato stew I made

    S-pear and maybe some pretzels

    D-not sure right now.  I really want pizza bagel bites, but I should probably have tofu spinach and noodles for dinner

    S-sun chips

    E-abs work out and I want to do something different and do a just dance work out tonight

    D: ALL THE THINGS!!!!!! I hate fasting.

    E: Maybe? We need to hit the gym at least once this week....
